Ana Belén Montes was arrested just after the September 11 attack on the USA as at that time the security of the country was the first priority. The attack of 9/11 made the security inside the USA even stronger and Montes was arrested even though she did not have any connection with the September 11 attack. She was a senior analyst at the Defense Intelligence Agency of the USA but she was spying for Cuba and got caught by the USA police department.
